In February 2003 the Delaware Valley Havanese Club (formerly North East Regional Havanese Club, held a Pre-Westminster Social and Biscuits and Bath in Manhattan to honor the Westminster candidates who always shows on Mondays. Initially we thought we'd be lucky to get 30 people with about half that manyd ogs....WOW...We got 130 people and about 50 havanese running free in this wonderful space and begging for our lunch. What a wonderful time! So wonderful the Club voted to make it an annual affair.
